Goddard’s work is dynamic, and as such, so are its workforce needs.  An organization can only deliver what it has the resources to do. Thus, the ability to define and capture an organization’s capability now and into the future is a key component of planning for and achieving mission success. This office develops tools and programs that offer competency management, succession planning, and skills gap analysis, measurement and closure to customer organizations. This office supports Center management in the development of strategic talent pipeline and workforce systems and partners with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer on staffing plans consistent with the Center’s mission and goals, historical workforce experiences and trends, and resources today and in the future.
