About Reassignment Opportunity Bulletins (ROB's)
Reassignment Opportunity Bulletins (ROB's) are used to identify employees who are interested in reassignment to a position of the same or lower promotion potential. Any qualified civil servant currently at the grade level and documented promotion potential identified in a ROB may apply for consideration.
Employees must meet basic eligibility requirements for the position, including all applicable educational requirements and one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade. Selectees will be reassigned at their current grade level.
