About Refocusing Opportunity Bulletins (RFO's)
Refocusing Opportunity Bulletins (RFO's) are used to refocus, redirect, and retrain the workforce while filling vacancies important to the future mission of the Center. Any civil servant currently at the grade level and documented promotion potential identified in a RFO may apply for consideration.
Employees must meet all applicable educational requirements of the position. However, experience requirements are usually modified. Management provides additional training so employees can successfully make career changes. Selectees will be reassigned at their current grade level.
