New Supervisor's Curriculum

The new supervisor curriculum is an outgrowth of the leadership needs assessment. That process revealed that supervisors need a coherent and integrated development process to ensure their success as high quality supervisors.

This curriculum is a recommended path for development for the supervisor's first year. The curriculum included here identifies elements ("core") that are seen as essential to a new supervisor's development and also identifies elements ("recommended") that are deemed to be very important to a new supervisor's development.
