CMS Tool/Web Application (NASA website)

To update your Employee Portfolio, follow these simple steps:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE), follow the "CMSTool/Web Application" link on this page (above).
Select "GSFC" for your Center.
Using your WebTADS Username and Password, log into CMS.
Click on "Home" and select the My Portfolio tab.
This brings you to your personal competency portfolio page. Here, you may enter your individual competencies.
