In order to view or download files in portable document format (.pdf), you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader application installed on your workstation. To download Adobe's free Reader, access the Adobe Acrobat Web site, select the appropriate options for download (computer platform, language, and type of reader application), follow the simple instructions for downloading, then download the application to your hard drive. After installing the Reader, your Web browser will use it to open any PDF document.

Some PDF documents (located on the Forms page) have fillable fields.  You may use the Adobe Reader (version 3.1 or higher) to type information into the form and print it.  The Reader does not allow you to save the information you entered.

Attention Lynx Browser Users: Adobe now provides on-the-fly conversion of any PDF document on the Internet to HTML at access.adobe.com.
