The agency wide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and
Diversity briefings initiative will take place at
Headquarters. These briefings are designed to increase awareness and
generate a common approach and philosophy. The overarching objectives of
the initiative are to Move Toward a dispute Prevention Way of Thinking,
promote diversity and a high performing work culture, and champion the One
NASA initiative. The ADR briefing is a 4-hour workshop while the
Diversity briefing is 2 full days. Participants will have a choice of
sessions to select from.
