Action Learning Projects

The Leadership Alchemy Program participants take on an Action Learning Project to help them stretch out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges as leaders. If your group has a challenging project and you are looking for a new way to initiate it, please send it to Gail Williams, 301-286-0159.

The creation of this web page was an Action Learning Project for a Class of 2004 Action Learning Team.

The Class of 2005's capstone action learning projects included:

• Improving teamwork between a science division and its IT support staff
• Facilitating Goddard’s and Headquarters’ mentoring programs to achieve a new level of excellence
• Improving the synergy between Goddard’s science and engineering disciplines
• Enhancing Goddard’s Individual Development Planning process
