Creative Learning Groups
Graduates of the Leadership Alchemy Program are committed to lifelong learning and recognize the importance of continuing their leadership learning. All graduates, as well as members of the current year's class, are invited to participate in community-based learning as part of the Leadership Alchemy Creative Learning Group (CLG). The CLG members meet, nominally once a month, to learn about some aspect of leadership. The CLG experience, like the program, is highly experiential. Learning occurs in conversation and community. Activities range in length from 2 hours to all day.
Each class elects a Community Coordinator to help sustain and build the Leadership Alchemy Community. One of the Community Coordinators' responsibilities is to poll their respective classes for CLG ideas. The current Community Coordinators are:
Class of 2002 Kellie Behrle 301-286-2282
Class of 2003 Bill Cutlip 301-286-0438
Class of 2004 Mo Madden 301-286-8231
Class of 2005 Judy Gibbon 301-286-9365
